Rallyteam

Rallyteam was a San Francisco-based HR tech startup founded in 2013 that built an internal talent marketplace enabling companies to match employees with internal project opportunities, stretch assignments, and mentorship using machine learning. The platform helped enterprises improve employee retention by surfacing internal mobility opportunities aligned with individual skills and career goals. Rallyteam was acquired by Workday in June 2018 to accelerate Workday's machine learning capabilities for workforce optimization. The technology was integrated into Workday's talent management suite.
