Qubecell

Qubecell was India's first dedicated mobile billing aggregator, integrating with telecom operators to enable carrier billing-based mobile payments for app developers and digital publishers. Beyond payment processing, the platform offered event billing, subscription management at multiple price points, and a real-time analytics engine providing insights on device, browser, network, location, and historical behavior to optimize pricing, content, and marketing recommendations. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Mumbai, Qubecell raised seed funding from Kae Capital and Blume Ventures before being acquired by global mobile payments company Boku in November 2013.
