Pull To Refresh builds AI-optimized waste facilities that characterize incoming municipal waste in real time and guide operators through processing, turning garbage into refuse-derived fuel and durable carbon products. Local government units use the platform to raise diversion rates, cut landfill dependence, and lower disposal costs through a phased path from characterization to pilot to scale. Expertise learned at one site trains a shared model so later deployments get the same turn-by-turn operating guidance. The company completed the Techstars Columbus accelerator and is piloting with Naga City.
