ProKidney is a late-clinical-stage biotechnology company developing rilparencel, a first-of-its-kind autologous cell therapy designed to preserve kidney function and delay dialysis for people with advanced chronic kidney disease. As the only company developing an autologous cell therapy specifically for advanced CKD, it is evaluating rilparencel in the Phase 3 REGEN-006 (PROACT 1) trial for patients with Stage 3b and 4 CKD and type 2 diabetes across more than 70 clinical sites in the United States, Asia, and Latin America. The company is initially pursuing REACT for moderate to severe CKD patients with diabetes as the primary cause.
