Perotech develops perovskite solar cells and X-ray detectors, commercializing materials technology spun out of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The company produces flexible, low-cost perovskite solar modules and sensitive perovskite X-ray imaging arrays for medical diagnostics. Perotech has received SBIR funding from the Department of Defense and Department of Energy for expeditionary and renewable power applications.
