The platform is built on a proprietary database of over 2 million contractual clauses spanning every contract type — from stock purchase agreements to employment and real estate agreements — each with 3–20 negotiated permutations used to train its AI. Using smart playbooks, Ozeki automates clause-by-clause negotiation between parties, compares redlines, and refines strategy by analyzing signed contracts over time.
