Oska Health is a Frankfurt-based digital health company that closes the care gap for people living with chronic conditions by delivering continuous, personalised support between medical appointments. Trained health coaches work with patients by video call and chat on nutrition, physical activity and medication adherence, supported by the company's own therapy app and treatment-plan algorithms. It focuses on multimorbid patients with conditions such as chronic kidney disease, diabetes and hypertension, and is free to members because the service is contracted directly with health insurers. The founding team is CEO Niklas Best, CPO Claudia Ehmke and CFO/COO Dr. Malte Waldeck, who previously worked at Fresenius Medical Care and DaVita.
