Orakl Oncology, a spin-off from the Gustave Roussy cancer research institute, is building a first-in-class AIxBio engine that combines real patient-derived tumor organoids with genomic, transcriptomic, phenotypic, and clinical data to predict how cancer patients will respond to new drug candidates. The company's predictive model prospectively predicts individual patient response to new drug candidates with 90% accuracy across 30+ clinical trials, outperforming competing models. Orakl partners with hospitals to build multimodal patient datasets and works with biopharma companies through its O-Predict and O-Target platforms to prioritize drug targets and de-risk clinical trial design.
