About
OpenStore was founded in 2021 by Keith Rabois and Jack Abraham in Miami, Florida, with a mission to acquire and scale Shopify storefronts. The company raised over $150M from Atomic and Founders Fund and acquired 40+ brands. By mid-2025, the Shopify aggregator model had failed and OpenStore began winding down its portfolio, retaining only the Jack Archer menswear brand.
