About
OMGPOP was a leading developer of social and casual multiplayer games for Facebook, iPhone, and the open web. Founded in 2006 as i'minlikewithyou (iilwy) and rebranded in 2009, the company built over 40 browser and mobile Flash games and gained international recognition for Draw Something, a Pictionary-like mobile game that reached 50 million downloads and 10.8 million daily active users on Facebook in early 2012. Funded by Spark Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners and a Y Combinator alum (S06), OMGPOP was acquired by Zynga in March 2012 for approximately $200 million. The site was shut down on September 30, 2013.
