Founded by Israeli tech veterans including CTO Tal Reichert and co-founder Dvir Greenberg, Odysii built integrated solutions covering payment processing, fuel management, and account systems for fuel station operators. Odysii was subsequently acquired by Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a subsidiary of Vontier Corporation, which is a global leader in fuel dispensing, payment, and fleet management solutions. Following the acquisition, Odysii's technology and team were folded into Gilbarco's international operations, and the standalone Odysii entity was dissolved.
