Ocos builds a Hybrid AI software platform for government agencies and municipal administrations, combining intelligent knowledge and process management for digital, semi-automated application review and case processing. Its proprietary Hybrid AI technology, developed with the University of Oxford, pairs transparent AI for administrative tasks with human case-worker expertise and decision authority for audits and discretionary rulings. The Munich-based company already works with state authorities across six German federal states, including Bavaria's Ministry of Justice, on processes ranging from naturalization to youth-welfare application review.
