Nvelop Technologies Oy is a Helsinki-based AI procurement platform founded in 2024 by Nithin Nadagouda, Mikko Valorinta, and Ilkka, all former Capgemini colleagues. The platform provides agentic sourcing capabilities across the full source-to-contract lifecycle: sourcing project planning, requirements management, AI-generated RFX documents, e-tendering, vendor Q&A automation, proposal normalization and comparison, collaborative evaluation scoring, and deal room negotiation. Nvelop's AI agents reduce sourcing cycle times by 40%, drive 15% reduction in spend, and provide 100% compliance coverage. The company raised a €1.2 million seed round in June 2025 led by Failup Ventures with participation from Antler. Customers include startups and mid-sized companies integrating AI into procurement workflows.
