Novorex is a South Korean drug discovery company founded in 2020 and headquartered in Seongnam-si (Gyeonggi-do), specializing in novel small-molecule therapeutics targeting oncology and neurology indications. The company combines AI-driven prediction, fragment-based drug discovery (FBDD), and in-house biophysical validation — including SPR, NMR, and X-ray crystallography — to generate proprietary experimental data and accelerate lead discovery in a closed-loop design-make-test-analyze (DMTA) cycle.
