Novast

Novast Holdings Limited is a China-based specialty pharmaceutical holding company whose subsidiary, Novast Laboratories, designs, develops, and manufactures finished pharmaceutical products and API formulations for worldwide markets. As a U.S. FDA-inspected generic and specialty pharmaceutical company, Novast offers contract development and manufacturing services (CDMO) for both generic and innovator companies, with business units in China and the United States. Its product portfolio includes oral contraceptives, hormonal drug products, conventional dosage forms, and high-containment oncology dosage forms (HPAPIs). In 2012, Novast signed a development and supply agreement with Eli Lilly to jointly develop and commercialize branded products in the China market. The company launched its products into the U.S. market in 2012.
