Neurowyzr is an ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 13485:2016 certified clinical neuroscience company headquartered in Singapore. Its core product, the Digital Brain Function Screen (DBFS), is a 15–20 minute neuroscience-based cognitive assessment delivered via web browser that evaluates memory, working memory, attention, and executive function. The tool is designed for healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies to enable early, affordable, and objective detection of brain decline. Neurowyzr's DBFS is registered as a medical device in 9 countries including Singapore (HSA), India (CDSCO), Malaysia (MDA), Indonesia (MOH), Thailand (TFDA), Australia (TGA), Vietnam (DMEC), the UK (MHRA), and the US (FDA). The company was founded in 2019 and has raised funding from Peak XV Partners and Jungle Ventures. Partners include Parkway Shenton, Nutricia (Danone), and Allium Healthcare.
