The Company, established in 2017 is based on seminal research conducted at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the University of Rijeka. Our technology addresses major escape mechanisms of current IO therapies through a diverse pipeline of novel monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and antibody-drug-conjugates (ADCs). In late 2022 we launched phase 1 of a clinical trial for NTX1088, our first-in-class anti-PVR targeted immunotherapy for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors together with MD Anderson and entered into a clinical trial collaboration agreement with MSD (Merck).
