Nanorep (now Bold360 ai) was a customer self-service and AI chatbot platform that combined intelligent smart routing technology with an omni-channel interface for agent-assisted interactions. The platform enabled companies to immediately improve customer experience and deliver fast time-to-value using artificial intelligence and digital self-service. Nanorep was acquired by LogMeIn in 2017 for approximately $50M, then rebranded as Bold360 ai, and subsequently acquired by Genesys in 2021.
