Ms.Engineer

Ms.Engineer is a Tokyo-based AI and IT bootcamp exclusively designed for women in Japan, offering government-approved reskilling programs certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The program trains women — including complete beginners and mothers — in AI utilization, programming, and project management through live instructor-led classes, team workshops, and individual AI coaching, with graduates eligible for up to 80% tuition reimbursement through Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare training grants. Approximately 90% of incoming students have no prior technical background, and 83% of graduates transition to remote work roles, with an average post-program annual salary of approximately 4.5 million yen. Ms.Engineer also operates DAIVE, a practical AI product development team where high-performing graduates can join and build real-world AI products.
