Momos' Guest AI automates customer interactions with the right tone and timing 24/7, aggregates reviews across Google, Yelp, App Stores, and third-party delivery platforms, and generates AI-powered responses and insights. Customers include Firehouse Subs, Shake Shack, and Papa Murphy's. Founded in 2021 in Singapore, Momos was built by early Uber and Grab alumni who experienced the challenges of restaurant operations firsthand.
