Miraikikai

MiraiKikai, Inc. (株式会社未来機械) is a Japanese robotics company headquartered in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, that designs and manufactures autonomous robots for solar panel maintenance and industrial construction applications. The company's primary product line is a range of solar panel cleaning robots — including the Type1 (rooftop), Type2 (ground-mounted mega solar), Type2W (Japanese ground market), and Type4 (single-axis trackers) — engineered specifically for operation in harsh desert and dusty environments without water. MiraiKikai also produces a Layout Marking Robot (HOKUSAI) for construction sites, an AI Biological Camera (ABC), and a Laser 3D sensor. Founded as a spin-off from Kagawa University, the company's technology is built on three pillars: robustness in harsh environments, agile mobility, and autonomous operation.
