Mill Republic is a purpose-driven company transforming the way grains are processed and traded in Europe. It creates accessible, regional milling capacity that supports regenerative and small-scale farmers while supplying bakeries, food producers, and consumers with high-quality, traceable flour. Its model combines mobile milling services with packaged flour for both B2B and consumer markets, white-label processing, and collaborations with food innovators, alongside workshops and community engagement that connect farmers and buyers. Founded by CEO Zhihao Peter Liu (former CTO/co-founder of Hooked Foods) through the Fresh Ventures Studio program, the company is based in Rotterdam and closed a pre-seed round backed by Planetary Impact Ventures and Impact First Group.
