Marine Products Corporation

Marine Products Corporation (NYSE: MPX) was spun off from RPC, Inc. in February 2001 to hold the Chaparral Boats brand, and it acquired the Robalo fishing-boat brand later that same year. Headquartered in Nashville, Georgia, the company designed, manufactured, and marketed premium fiberglass recreational powerboats, including sterndrive, jet drive, and outboard models, for the sport boating and fishing markets. In May 2026, Marine Products Corporation was acquired by MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $232.2 million, combining Chaparral and Robalo with MasterCraft's other recreational marine brands.
