Founded in December 2015 with the mission of 'revolutionizing M&A distribution through technology,' the platform allows sellers to use the service completely free of charge while buyers pay listing and success fees, eliminating traditional brokerage intermediary costs. In addition to M&A matching, the company operates a fundraising cloud platform and an M&A advisory service (MACAP) for larger transactions, and has recently launched an agent-based business succession support service targeting Japan's 1.27 million business owners without successors.
