M-XR is a London-based 3D production technology company founded in 2018 that develops proprietary tools for capturing, measuring, and converting real-world material properties into hyper-realistic 3D models. The company's flagship products, Marso Studio and Marso Measure, enable brands, game studios, and creators to automatically generate physically-based rendering (PBR) texture maps from photogrammetry scans and 3D meshes using AI. M-XR's foundational Image-to-Material (I2M) AI model produces six PBR maps at 4K resolution, eliminating manual texturing workflows. The company has raised $7 million in funding from investors including Epic Games, Horizons Ventures, FOV Ventures, and Expa.
