Lobos 1707 is an ultra-premium tequila and mezcal brand created by founder Diego Osorio, whose family history is steeped in the sherry wines of southern Spain. Inspired by an ancestor who left Spain for Mexico around 1707 with Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels and later refilled them with local agave spirit, the company finishes all expressions in PX sherry wine barrels. Its lineup includes Joven, Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo tequilas made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, plus an unaged Espadín mezcal. The brand markets award-winning spirits that fuse Mexican agave tradition with Spanish sherry-cask aging.
