On a mission to achieve something really, really small
Lace Lithography develops atom-based semiconductor patterning technology designed to extend Moore's Law a decade beyond current EUV light-based systems. The company's BEUV systems use a helium atom beam just 0.1 nanometers wide — 135 times narrower than ASML's EUV light — enabling atomic-resolution chip manufacturing at industrial scale. Founded in 2023 by University of Bergen Professor Bodil Holst and CTO Adria Salvador Palau, the company is headquartered in Bergen, Norway with offices in Barcelona.
