Klir is a SaaS operating system for drinking water and wastewater utilities, centralizing compliance reporting, sampling, monitoring, and operational workflows in a single unified platform. Founded in 2017 by David Lynch and Elaine Kelly, the company helps utilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, and beyond automate regulatory compliance, gain real-time insights into water quality, and reduce the administrative burden on water professionals. Klir serves some of the largest water organizations in North America, including the Southern Nevada Water Authority and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
