Kela Technologies is a secure, open defense platform enabling rapid and seamless integration of commercial and military systems for Western defense. Founded in July 2024 by veterans of elite Israeli intelligence units — including the former General Manager of Palantir Israel — Kela was designed and battle-tested by Israeli innovators to ensure Western militaries meet frontline challenges. The platform has been tested in Israel and is expanding to the US and European militaries. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Lux Capital, and In-Q-Tel (CIA's venture arm), Kela raised $100M in its first year. In September 2025, Kela made its first acquisition, buying cloud management platform Pelanor for $20–30M.
