Kanoodle was a search-targeted sponsored links and performance advertising network founded in 1999 and headquartered in Getzville, New York. The company operated a contextual and keyword-based ad network that matched advertiser bids to publisher inventory across web properties. Kanoodle was subsequently acquired and became part of Seevast Corp., a private equity-backed online media holding company that also housed Pulse360, SyndiGO, Santa Monica Networks (SMNI), and Moniker. Seevast later rebranded its ad tech assets; Kanoodle's technology was folded into Pulse360, which became a data-driven ad technology company focused on performance-based advertisers. The original Kanoodle brand and domain are no longer active independently.
