Kalent is an AI-native talent sourcing platform that helps recruiters source and engage candidates at scale. The product searches more than 200 million profiles across Europe and the United States, matches people to a written hiring brief, and builds a shortlist with AI summaries plus contact data the company says includes about 80 percent mobile numbers. A conversational agent then reaches out on LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, and Kalent claims this can cut sourcing time by about 50 percent, or more than five hours per week. The platform is delivered as software-as-a-service, updates its candidate database monthly, and integrates with nearly 50 applicant tracking systems including Workday, TeamTailor, Ashby, Tellent, and Boond.
