Its initial solution is a bundled interior system for commercial real estate developers that includes soundproof privacy pods, sleek walls, and glass partition systems, built around modularity and reusable components so installations go up faster than traditional systems while using a circular business model. The company's master plan targets a $300 billion waste problem in construction by eventually leasing products and buying them back to resell to future clients, unlocking what JUUNOO calls Circular Value.
