The Tinder for jobs
Jobr was a San Francisco-based mobile recruiting app that let job seekers swipe right or left on job listings, mirroring the Tinder UX to simplify job discovery. Founded in 2014, the app attracted 1,000+ recruiters and 3 million swipes within months of launch. Jobr raised $2M in seed funding from Lerer Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Eniac Ventures, and others, then was acquired by Monster.com in June 2016.
