Inosi Therapeutics

Inosi Therapeutics is developing first-in-class small molecule inhibitors that target a central pathway in fibrosis and inflammation, aiming to reverse scarring rather than only slow it. The company's science comes from collaborative research at Monash University, the Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute, and the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and was spun out with seed backing from IP Group. Fibrosis is linked to a large share of chronic-disease deaths and still has no approved drugs that reverse tissue scarring. Inosi's lead program focuses on therapies for chronic conditions driven by fibrotic tissue damage.
