Innoventric is a Structural Heart medical device company developing a novel transcatheter, anatomy-agnostic solution for treating tricuspid regurgitation (TR) via a cross-caval, heterotopic approach. Its lead product, the Unica system, is designed for a short (under 10-minute) implantation under conscious sedation without general anesthesia, engineered for secure positioning, reliable sealing, and mechanical durability tested to 600 million cycles. The company aims to expand treatment access to TR patients who have traditionally been overlooked by existing therapies, and has completed first-in-human implants in Israel, Germany, Belgium, Spain, and the US.
