About
Inbound Health was formed in 2022 by Allina Health System, which began operationalizing home-based care for COVID-19 patients in Minneapolis in May 2020. After two years managing in-home care for over 3,000 patients across 250 diagnoses, Allina spun out Inbound Health to partner with hospitals and health systems across the United States, helping them launch, operate, and scale their own hospital-at-home and skilled-nursing-at-home programs. As of mid-2026, Inbound Health has ceased regular operations, with MedArrive acquiring its technology platform.
