HR Duo is a unified HRMS and workforce management platform designed for businesses with frontline and shift-based teams in sectors including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and hospitality. The platform brings together time and attendance tracking, shift scheduling and rotas, payroll reporting, HR compliance, employee relations, and recruitment and onboarding into a single system. Its three core product areas are: Workforce Management Software for time-tracking and scheduling; HR Assist, a digital HR assistant for automating daily HR tasks and generating compliance-ready documentation; and EmployPath, covering the full employment lifecycle from hiring through performance management. Founded in 2013 in Ireland, HR Duo has grown ARR sixfold since 2020, raised over $6.66M in funding (including a €1.6M round in 2026 led by Puma Growth Partners with Enterprise Ireland), and is expanding into the UK market where 75% of its pipeline sits.
