Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp. is the Singapore-headquartered international hotel arm of Philippine developer DoubleDragon, running an asset-light condotel model: it pre-sells identical 21-sqm "HappyRoom" units to individual investors, then operates the hotels and shares room revenue with unit owners. Properties are open or under development in the Philippines, Niseko in Japan, and Madrid in Spain, and a joint venture signed with Saudi Arabia's Horizon Group in May 2025 covers up to 10 hotels there. The company listed on Nasdaq under ticker HBNB on July 1, 2025 through a merger with JVSPAC Acquisition Corp. at a $2.3 billion equity value, becoming the first Filipino-owned company traded on Nasdaq. Its stated long-term target is one million rooms across 100 countries.
