Habyt is a global flexible living company that develops and manages beautifully designed, community-driven, and technologically empowered co-living spaces for young professionals, artists, and entrepreneurs. Founded in 2017 in Berlin, the company grew to operate over 30,000 units across 50 cities in Europe, Asia, and North America, offering fully furnished, all-inclusive rooms with no set-up costs or long-term commitments. Habyt acquired Common Living in 2023 to become the world's largest co-living operator, though Common ceased operations in 2024.
