GScan is an Estonian deeptech company founded in 2018 and headquartered in Tallinn that applies muon tomography — using naturally occurring cosmic radiation — to detect corrosion, voids, and structural anomalies deep inside concrete bridges, tunnels, nuclear facilities, and other critical infrastructure without any destructive investigation. Its proprietary muonFLUX© sensor technology combined with AI-driven data processing delivers millimeter-resolution 3D structural models, enabling asset owners to make proactive, data-driven maintenance decisions that extend infrastructure lifespans, reduce reconstruction costs, and lower carbon emissions. GScan has raised multiple funding rounds from investors including Bolt founder Markus Villig and Japanese corporate venture funds.
