Greenvolt

Greenvolt is a Portuguese publicly listed renewable energy group that produces and develops 100% green power across multiple technologies and geographies. Founded in 2021 by former EDP Renovaveis CEO Joao Manso Neto, the company operates across three segments: biomass electricity generation (where it is the largest biomass power producer in Portugal, generating ~730 GWh annually), utility-scale wind and solar development through its Greenvolt Power subsidiary (active in 19+ countries with a 14.1 GW pipeline), and distributed generation for commercial and industrial clients through Greenvolt Next. Headquartered in Lisbon, Greenvolt trades on the Euronext Lisbon exchange and has established a pan-European and U.S. renewables development presence, positioning itself as a major European renewable energy development platform.
