Graphite Systems was a Mountain View, California-based flash storage startup founded in 2012 that operated in stealth mode. The company developed ultra-high performance flash storage arrays using NVMe technology, targeting high-performance data center applications. In August 2015, Graphite Systems was quietly acquired by EMC through its DSSD division to accelerate EMC's all-flash storage platform strategy.
