GO Inc. is a Japanese ride-hailing and taxi technology company headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, that operates Japan's most widely used taxi-hailing app, GO. Available across all 47 prefectures in Japan, the GO app connects passengers with professional taxi drivers and supports a range of mobility services including GO BUSINESS (corporate taxi management), GO CALL (facility-based dispatch terminals), GO Dine (high-end restaurant food delivery), and GO Reserve (premium vehicle service). The company traces its origins to 1977 as a subsidiary of Nihon Kotsu, evolving through several names — JapanTaxi Co., Ltd. and Mobility Technologies Co., Ltd. — before rebranding to GO Inc. on April 1, 2023. In 2020, JapanTaxi merged with DeNA's MOV taxi dispatch division to form Mobility Technologies, creating the foundation for the GO platform. The company is backed by Nihon Kotsu and DeNA, and completed its Tokyo IPO in June 2026.
