GenomeMiner is a cloud-based bioinformatics platform that enables scientists and researchers to run advanced genomic data pipelines for microbe genome analysis, identifying DNA sequences for genetic engineering and new compound development. Originally founded as Tupac.Bio, the company pivoted into genome mining after early-stage work screening wild microbes in Okinawa's subtropical environment. The platform automates and standardizes genomic data processing and facilitates team collaboration regardless of organization size, targeting biotech, synthetic biology, and agricultural research customers. GenomeMiner's long-term vision is to leverage AI-driven genome mining and proprietary datasets to develop its own natural product end-products.
