FieldAware

FieldAware is a field service management platform founded in 2011 to replace paper and whiteboard dispatch, scheduling, work orders, and invoicing with live two-way communication between field workers and the back office. The founders started in telematics for tracking trucks on maps, then built an all-in-one system that also surfaces up-sell and cross-sell cues and aims to raise productivity and customer satisfaction. FieldAware has an Open API so customers can connect it to existing ERP, CRM, and accounting systems without replacing them, using connectors for bidirectional data transfer. The product was originally created as a mobile application and helps automate paper-heavy field documents while making dispatch and travel schedules more efficient.
