Etherealize

Etherealize is a financial infrastructure company building the connectivity layer between traditional Wall Street institutions and the Ethereum blockchain. Founded in early 2025 by CEO Vivek Raman and co-founder Danny Ryan, the company provides tokenization platforms, Ethereum-native settlement engines, and institutional-grade privacy environments designed to move trillions of dollars in assets on-chain. Etherealize raised $40 million in a funding round led by Electric Capital and Paradigm in September 2025. The company previously received a grant from the Ethereum Foundation and positions itself as an institutional marketing and product arm for the Ethereum ecosystem.
