Enito Group, Inc. is a Japanese holding company that operates two of Japan's leading online dating and matchmaking apps — 'Omiai' and 'with'. Omiai, launched in February 2012, is a marriage-oriented matchmaking app with over 10 million registered members and 90 million cumulative matches, targeting individuals seeking serious long-term relationships. 'With' is a values-based matching app popular among users in their 20s, also surpassing 10 million members. Together the two platforms have accumulated over 180 million cumulative matches. Enito Group was formed in 2023 when with Co., Ltd. became the parent holding company, consolidating operations for both apps. The company is backed by Bain Capital Private Equity and Tybourne Capital Management, and is headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo.
