Efinity

Efinity is a next-generation, purpose-built blockchain for NFTs developed by Enjin as a parachain on the Polkadot network, with Substrate development support from Parity Technologies. It functions as a cross-chain token highway that lets NFTs from any chain, including Ethereum, move onto Efinity, with fees abstracted away from end users, ~6 second transaction confirmation, and throughput of 700-1,000 transactions per second. Efinity introduced the EFI paratoken for governance, staking, and marketplace fees, and includes a built-in automated market maker called Efinity Swap. Development was backed by Crypto.com Capital, DFG Group, and Hashed, and Efinity has since been folded into the broader Enjin Blockchain.
