DRI Holdings Limited

DRI Holdings Limited (operating as Domain Russia Investments, or DRI) is a joint investment vehicle formed around 2011 by U.S. healthcare venture capital firm Domain Associates LLC and RUSNANO, Russia's state-owned nanotechnology investment corporation, as part of a co-investment partnership eventually worth $760 million. DRI Holdings provided funding for Domain Associates' portfolio companies expanding into Russia and was the entity that established NovaMedica, a Russian pharmaceutical company founded in 2012, which went on to sign distribution agreements with international pharma partners including Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Nuvo Research, Omega Pharma, and Horus Pharma to bring products to the Russian market.
