Diesta

Diesta is a London-based fintech company building a next-generation payment processing and reconciliation platform purpose-built for the commercial insurance industry. Founded in 2022, the platform automates how premium payments are split, tracked, and reconciled across insurers, MGAs, and brokers — eliminating manual reconciliation, reducing aged debt, and accelerating cash flow. Diesta's intelligent sub-ledger standardises data from policy admin systems, bank accounts, and payment service providers into a single unified view, while its agentic AI layer handles exceptions and automates complex multi-party payment flows. The company joined Accenture's FinTech Innovation Lab and holds SOC 1, SOC 2, and GDPR certifications. Diesta raised $3.8M in seed funding in October 2024 led by FinTech Collective, with support from Commerce Ventures.
